there is a limit for the SR engine, not only for FNSR, MModal is the same case.
There is no perfect situation especially when the doctor dictation quality is very bad (big background noise, speak too fast etc.).
With the improvement of program and BPO team work, the ME edit time ratio is reduced a lot, some account average ration per day even reached 2.2.
Still our focus is coding related things. We need to move forward with the coding and billing according to our plan, the time window is short.

FNSR的0088医院的“&”和“#”的处理：
0088医院的“&”和“#”的处理需要修改一下程序，因为“&”和“#”有时是和后边的字符连在一起，不能用普通的替换进行处理。
我已经在2015-08-28的0088医院的报告中查找了一批有这些字符的报告（08891006,08891084,08891210,08891262,08891265,08891455,08891501,08891508）用来进行测试，程序的修改将在明天或后天提交。
另：在VC6中计算CDA报告的内容长度的代码已经复制到D:\Temp\CHTeam\CDA2txt_vc下了
说明：
一、注册新的FnetCDA.DLL（D:\Temp\CHTeam\CDA2txt_vc下）
二、VC6的代码已经复制在D:\Temp\CHTeam\CDA2txt_vc下了
