我自己的稿件流程参考：

自己的第三篇一区TOP期刊，本来准备打算投TIP，导师说太久了，建议这个比较快，果然速度确实可以，审稿人和AE处理稿件的速度确实感人！
总体来说，投稿INF自己的工作要扎实，理论以及实验量都要丰富，动机部分也很看重。
第一次提交：

大概是这些材料，大家可以参考，Author Agreement Statement模版：

Author Agreement StatementWe, the undersigned, declare that this manuscript is original, has not been published before, and is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere.We confirm that the manuscript has been read and approved by all named authors and that there are no other persons who satisfied the criteria for authorship but are not listed. We further confirm that the order of authors listed in the manuscript has been approved by all of us.We understand that the Corresponding Author is the sole contact for the Editorial process. He/she is responsible for communicating with the other authors about progress, submissions of revisions, and final approval of proofs.Signed by all authors as follows:

注意highlights不能超过85个字符，一个字母和空格都算一个字符的。切记！！
初稿提交的文章的pdf，返修时候提交的：

首先进入系统后，返修时候 可以选择前期投稿保留的highlights，cover letter这些，利益声明，作者签名书。
然后就是回复信是必须的，接下来是修改的高亮文章，最后直接把自己的overleaf项目打包压缩后，上传。
因为返修稿就给审稿人看的，所以不是很必须上传清晰的修改稿。直接传高亮版本的修改稿就行。
