nvm install 14.21.3 时npm 无法下载和识别

错误：

解决：

1.手动下载npm version 6.14.18

2.将空文件夹node_doules下新建npm文件夹，并将 上述的zip解压的全部拷贝进去

3.单独将上述npm中的以下启动文件拷贝出来，参考下图：

4.重新打开cmd，运行，即可

node -vnpm -v
