SAP顾问职位汇总（第23周）
本周开始，打算给各位小伙伴汇总一下SAP顾问职位的行情。以猎聘网为例，截止到目前能收集到的SAP顾问职位一共有723个，上海以249个职位处于绝对优势，其次是北京77个，深圳76个。位于底第4-10名的，分别是广州57个、大连52个、佛山33个、成都22个，苏州19个、天津18个、杭州15个。这里出乎意料的是佛山，竟然有33个职位，看了明细后明白了，都是1-2家公司在刷职位，并不是真实存在这么多职位。
下面我们来看一下2个典型外企的职位，分析一下职位的要求。
第一个是蔡司上海的职位：SAP Solution Consultant -P2P。

看过我以前文章的小伙伴应该知道，这里的P2P指的是Procure to Pay，这是现在业界流程的做法，为了打破流程的壁垒，公司的主要流程都改成了End-to-End的流程，Procure to Pay包含了采购以及财务的发票校验、付款等流程，所以这个职位大概率的要求是懂MM模块的采购部分和FI模块的AP部分，我们来看下具体要求。

职位总体要求，根据需求和准则来设计功能性和技术性的解决方案，协调开发和配置工作，也就是说，这个职位是不需要自己动手做技术工作的，多半是写好specification后，交给纯技术团队来负责系统实施。
这种工作职责在大型的外资企业很常见，主要因为团队比较大、分工也比较细，纯技术工作都交给同一个团队来做，而且多半这个团队在印度。如果喜欢自己动手的小伙伴，要慎重考虑这一点。

教育背景要求本科或者硕士，这点没啥好说的。
Experience
1、8+ Years SAP Procure to Paysolution experience
2、Consulting firm and internal solutioning dept. experience preferred
3、Profound experience as solution consultant/architect in SAP transformation or comparable projects.
4、In-depth knowledge of technologies (incl. cloud) and functionalities in SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems (e.g., AEB, OpenText), incl. their integration.
5、Extensive knowledge of global template processes for one or multiple process domains (e.g., Procure to Pay).
6、Relevant certifications, e.g., SAP certifications.
7、Excellent analytical and communication skills.
8、Fluent in English and Chinese.

要求8年以上经验，说明要资深顾问，外部顾问公司或者内部顾问经验都可以。需要有SAP项目经验，这里的transformation应该指的是ECC到S4或者非SAP到SAP的项目经验。
需要S/4HANA的经验，并且要熟悉一些第三方的插件或者系统，比如AEB是用于贸易合规管理，OpenText主要用于文档的archiving，这些插件在外企比较常见，但是一般都是总部团队在负责，作为区域团队很少涉及技术细节。
需要有全球化的流程模版经验，一般外企都会有全球化的流程模版，不会在某个国家或者区域应用不同的流程。对于SAP证书，我一般认为外企不太看重这个，还是以经验为主。最后两条是对分析和沟通能力的要求，以及外语的要求。

一般主要职责是经验要求的重复叙述，以上的几条基本上也在经验要求中出现过。从第一条我们可以看出在这里领域里，不仅仅有SAP系统，还有些卫星系统作为支撑，所以这些系统的功能和技术设计也是这个职位的职责。第二条提到了global development factories，验证了我之前的猜测，有统一的技术开发配置团队。
需要给实施团队提供最佳实践经验，这也是资深顾问的价值，不仅仅是解决问题，更重要的是能提供最佳的解决方案。另外还需要挑战流程差异的必要性，这也是外企的一贯做法，流程的统一是为了减少额外的成本，全球所有地区使用相同的流程语言，作为资深顾问，需要作为流程标准化的拥护者。
在设计功能的时候，还要遵守公司的标准和原则，最简单的标准比如命名规则，这样才能确保设计的一致性。检查配置文档和功能说明文档等，也是很重要的职责。支持测试工作，包括协调bug的处理等，支持上线计划、数据迁移、hypercare等都是项目中的典型工作。
这份招聘要求覆盖了大部分外企对一个顾问职位的典型要求，应该说是非常典型的一份招聘简章，想去外企就职的小伙伴可以参考并比较自己现有的经验。
另外一份是SAP原厂在成都招聘的职位：SAP实施顾问。
syounger点评：
首先，这个职位名就很模糊，并没有要求特定的领域或者模块，让人摸不着头脑，所以SAP原厂招聘的职位，我们也需要仔细甄别，很多职位可能并不是我们理解的模块顾问职位。
这个职位的好处是学生可投，并且给了一个非常宽泛的薪资范围15-35K，说明各种经验候选人都可以接受。

洋洋洒洒的一大段，这是SAP“广告”的典型写法，有时候我不禁会问SAP的HR，写招聘简章真的需要把所有的高级词汇写在上面吗？对候选人友好吗？特别是对于学生来说，我感觉看了等于没看，不知道这个职位要干嘛。
我也只能大概猜测，这个职位的主要职责是在客户上云的项目中一些架构设计、支持协调工作。当然能做这些工作的前提是需要了解SAP上云中需要用到的各种平台、技术和服务，比如上面提到的SAP RISE等。

对候选人的要求，首先要有基本的云技术知识。项目管理知识的要求说明了这个职位本身也不从事技术工作，协调沟通是主要任务。需要很强的演示和高效沟通能力，因为这个职位是客户和SAP内部团队沟通的桥梁。SAP的产品知识，除了上面提到的SAP RISE,还需要了解BTP和Clean core策略等，这些都是现阶段SAP大力推广的平台或者是策略。
语言要求，多了泰语或者印尼语，说明这个职位也可能服务于东南亚的客户。
从这份招聘简章看，候选人大概率也不需要是某个模块的顾问，甚至也不太需要是个技术顾问，了解SAP的主流平台、擅长沟通、懂得项目管理，应该就能胜任这个岗位。我认为对于学生来说，如果不想从事太技术的岗位，这个应该是一个不错的选择。
