谷歌浏览器为了安全会把http协议的访问地址的麦克风给禁用掉
浏览器地址输入： chrome://flags/
搜索Insecure origins treated as secure
输入框输入你要配置权限的网址 ： http://x.x.x.x:8000
disabled改为Enabled
点击Relaunch,浏览器将会自动重新打开
